先日、飛騨牛生産者の大山経平さんを訪ねてきました。
1975年頃から牛の生産を始めてこの道34年のベテランです。
初対面でしたが、質問には丁寧に答えて頂き、とても人の良い方でした。
その人柄なので、牛への愛情もなおさらで日々大切に育てているようでした。
大山さん曰く、良い牛肉をつくるためには、やはり血統が大切なのだそうです。
育ちの良さ、気性サシの入り具合等は血統に左右されやすいとの事。
そんな方だからこそ、常に良い牛が育てらるのだと思いました。

What I wouldnt give to have a debate with you about this. You just say so many things that arrive from nowhere that Im quite positive Id have a fair shot. Your blog is good visually, I mean people wont be bored. But others who can see past the videos and the layout wont be so impressed together with your generic understanding of this topic.
There are some interesting points in time in this article but I don’t know if I see all of them center to heart. There is some validity but I will take hold opinion until I look into it further. Good article , thanks and we want more! Added to FeedBurner as well
